Meditation

Dream Analysis

About Me
Amber Abbott has dedicated her entire career to the field of holistic wellness, guiding others in achieving balance and well-being through mind-body practices. In 2023, seeking a change, she took a work-from-home desk job with one of the top social media apps. During this time, Amber found herself spending 9-10 hours a day on her phone, picking it up more than 80 times daily!! Even after leaving the job, she remained caught in a cycle of compulsive phone use, constantly checking her device even when it was no longer necessary.

Recognizing the toll this dependency was taking on her time, energy, and overall quality of life, Amber developed The Technology Technique to reclaim control and restore balance. The transformation she experienced revealed just how many others are struggling with similar technology dependency. Inspired by her own journey, Amber now shares this program to help others break free, empowering them to reclaim their time, energy, and emotional well-being.
