About the event

Do you feel overwhelmed by emotion—or so practiced at pushing feelings down that you feel numb or disconnected? In a world that often asks us to stay “strong,” it’s easy to carry stress, sadness, fear, or anger in your body without a safe way to release it.

Emotional Relief is a trauma-informed, online group hypnosis experience designed to help you safely process and release stored emotions, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner steadiness. No prior experience with hypnosis is needed, and participation is always optional.


What to Expect

Each 90-minute session includes:

  • Grounding & Nervous-System Settling – Gentle exercises to help you arrive fully in your body and mind.

  • Introduction & Q&A – A brief overview of hypnosis, how it works, and what to expect in a group session.
